1. Debit/Credit Card (also supports payments with Digital Wallets, IRIS & Klarna)
You can complete your transaction using any debit, credit or prepaid card via the secure payment system Viva Wallet.
IRIS payments are also supported, provided that your bank participates in the IRIS scheme.
Once you select Viva Wallet as your payment method, you will be redirected to its secure environment to complete your transaction using one of the following options:
- Your Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB)
- Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, BitPay)
- Your Viva Wallet account
- IRIS
Once your transaction is completed, you will receive confirmation from Viva Wallet and from our Company. All payments are processed exclusively through Viva Wallet’s secure platform, which complies with modern protection standards such as SSL/TLS and authentication protocols like CVV or 3D Secure, depending on the selected method. The Company does not store your card or bank account details. Depending on the payment provider or issuing bank, a temporary pre-authorization of the transaction amount may occur until the order is shipped or the payment is fully settled.
2. Klarna
The Klarna payment method offers payment in 3 interest-free installments. Installments are automatically deducted from your card. The first payment is charged upon shipment of the parcel. The remaining two payments will be deducted from your card every 30 days after the first payment. A minimum purchase of €30 is required.

After the completion of the transaction, you will receive a confirmation message from Klarna as well as from us.
Klarna works directly with your card and applies its own verification and security procedures, as well as those of its partnered payment provider. The Company is not responsible for any declined payments or delays caused by Klarna or your issuing bank.
3. PayPal
Once you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the secure environment of PayPal in order to complete your transaction.
PayPal accepts all credit and debit cards and payment may be made:
- By using your credit or debit card within PayPal’s environment without creating an account.
- By using your existing PayPal account or by creating one.
Upon completion of the transaction, you will receive a confirmation message from PayPal as well as from us.
All PayPal transactions are protected under PayPal’s own buyer protection and security standards. The Company does not store any PayPal-related payment information.
4. Bank Transfer
Payment to the Company’s bank account must be made within 1 business day (otherwise the order will be cancelled). In case of a transfer, any bank charges shall be borne by the customer. In the remarks of the transfer, you must state your full name or your order number.

In order for the shipment of your purchase to begin, you must send us the proof of deposit or the bank transfer order by email to .
The full order amount must be paid in a single transaction. Split or partial payments are not accepted. If the transfer is not completed within the specified timeframe, the order will be cancelled without charge.
5. In Store
You can make a payment upon receipt of the products through cash, debit/credit card or IRIS, provided you have chosen to pick up your order from our store (3D season). The store’s address is: 76 Michail Moraiti Street, Athens, 11525, Greece.
General Provisions
The Company makes every effort to ensure the correct and secure execution of transactions. However, it cannot be held liable for delays, failed charges, inability to complete a transaction, or any additional fees imposed by the cooperating financial institutions, payment service providers, or Internet Service Providers (ISP).
The Customer must ensure that there is sufficient balance or available credit limit in their account or card, as well as the correct entry of payment details. The Company bears no liability for any errors due to incorrect or incomplete entry of information by the Customer.
In any case, transactions are subject to the applicable terms and policies of the payment providers and cooperating banks, as in force from time to time.
